WoMEN Advocacy Circles - Mastermind/Peer Mentorship

Who are these circles for?

Offered to women’s groups in Financial Service organizations and Universities who want to help their female members succeed and thrive as female financial planners.

Members interested in starting a circle should consider the following:

  • Where would your career be if you had a group of trusted peer mentors who were committed to help you succeed?
  • What if you knew you would achieve unequivocal success?
  • Are you looking for a group of like-minded female financial professionals who can help push your career success to the next level? Hold You Accountable? Help you focus on the important things in your career and your life? Achieve career success and live out your life purpose? If so, then we can probably help.

Circle Members: Female financial planner professionals and students who feel isolated, unsupported and gender-challenged in a traditionally male occupation.

Retreat: Initial meeting is in person

Circle Meets: Either in person or via video conference (Zoom is ideal)

Recommended Circle Size: 6 - 8

Circle Selection: An interview and application process is used to determine good fit amongst members before circles are created.

What is the definition of mastermind?

The concept was introduced by Napoleon Hill in his 1930s book, Think And Grow Rich. While Napoleon Hill called it a “master mind alliance,” it’s been shortened and modernized to “mastermind group.” Napoleon Hill encouraged people to gather together in a structured, repeatable environment for the success of all as many successful people have done over the years. Napoleon Hill wrote:

“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind [the master mind].”
